I was expecting an actual breakfast with hot items, not continental breakfast. I was not the only guest at breakfast who was disappointed. I thought it odd that the front desk refused to provide a printed receipt for my stay stating that since I booked through a third party, I'd have to get my receipt that way. Both of these are customer service fails for me. On the flip side, the hotel was clean, fairly well maintained and quiet.
