"Nice appartement. Good location near Canary Wharf metro station. Wonderful towels! Everything in good condition. Only issue was poor condition of sofa bed: size and especially quality matras not suitable for a 16- year old youngster. "

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"Fantastic option for long stays, especially with kids. I just wish the mattress was in better condition from the sofa bed. Having a kitchenette & washer/dryer is wonderful & makes it easier with the longer stays, especially when youre not wanting to eat out every meal."

"It was a nice property. The only issue is that all the pictures you see are rooms with view and a balcony. We got the ground floor,so we heard a lot of road noise. The only real issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and they said we had to buy our own, which does not make sense. The other issue was not with the property but the location,you needed to take the train everywhere, we about 4 to 6 stop away from all the touristy areas."

"We spend 12 days there. It was our second visit. Pleasant place and staff. The only negative was when i asked for an hour extension for check out, from 11 to 12, the concierge would not guarantee it. After spending what we did for 12 days there you’d think that would have been easy. Poor customer service. "

"This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities. The staff advised us on transportation, restaurants in the vicinity, and made suggestions on things to see. They were kind and very helpful. The 5th floor lounge probably saved us $50 on coffees and water and juice. It’s open all day and night so you pop in and get what you need. There is beer and a wine bar you can use too!
