Had a great stay! The only part was that we had to go up to 33rd floor to check in and then down to the room and up again for breakfast and not every lift can get there. A bit confusing… the stairs to breakfast was not so user friendly for elderly hard of walking. The blanket was thinner than expected for a Hyatt property, unlike all other Hyatts I have stayed at. Otherwise, excellent!

This hotel is located in Luohu, the older part of SZ. But the location is fantastic as the hotel is just next to the malls and there are plenty of dining options. The room is spacious but abit dated. Upon check in, we found that the day curtains were torn with two holes which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Had informed front desk during check out.

We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. I had other 5-stor hotel options in Shanzhen but I stick to Grand Hyatt for its amazing spa setting and its convenient location. I love it’s connected to a giant mall so I can just walk over for great dining options. It’s high end and quiet, though it is probably less grand than the other new 5-star hotels around. I highly recommend this place and will def stay here again and again- and you must see the spa and be wowed.

The hotel is fine, staff is warm and welcome but the room had a strange smell. It is not the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong but all fine
