Staff was excellent and helpful with answering all of our questions. This hotel is close to a train station and is 1 station away from Luohu shopping center. Unfortunately during our stay this train station was closed for maintenance. Cost for taxi to Luohu train station was around 10-20 RMB. Many restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance.

Good location. About 15min walk to Dongmen. Big room. However, not provided with coffee or tea bags. Not very good housekeeping service, did not refill bath gel.

Good location if you wanted to go shopping. If not the metro is about a 5 minute walk. There is a restaurant across the street that closes quite late for those who like eating later in the night. What I didn't like about the hotel was that the hallway on our floor had an unpleasant smell, the windows in the room are tinted green, and the shower sometimes goes colder for a few seconds but for the price I can't complain too much.

Peter loved the Kai Li Hotel!

The hotel room was amazing. We had a king bed in a large and quite room. The hotel is right next to Guomao metro station which is connected to a large mall. There are abundant food choices everywhere around this hotel. The room, the hotel and the location exceeded my expectations!
