The service attitude of the staff here is excellent. However the hotel's status is not in good condition. Perhaps due to the aged of this hotel. But the hardware maintenance in this hotel is not good.

I have for some years been coming to Westin Nanshan. I believe for over 500 nights. This time was not one to remember. Check in and out was terribly slow and they did not service me as an elite customer not were they able to find me a suitable room. They blocked my room key as I had two bookings and I did not get the welcome gift. Also the language skills at the reception had worsened. I am considering whether Westin is in the past for me only.
