Right next to the lake, so picturesque even when the lake was completely frozen. The staff were super nice and attentive, good with speaking English too. Onsen was amazing. Definitely recommend.

한국사람입니다. 여러 유튜브를 보고 시카리베츠 호수의 겨울 정취를 느끼러 방문했습니다. 오비히로 공항에서 렌트카로 1시간 30분 정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔 주변에는 정말 아무것도 없습니다. 호텔 내부에 작은 매점이 있지만, 캔맥주 등이 필요하신 분들은 미리 시카오이쵸에 있는 세이코마트나 세븐일레븐에 들려 사가시는 것이 좋습니다.(편도 30분 거리) 호텔에 체크인 하고 앞에 나가보시면 이글루와 아이스바, 그리고 빙상온천이 있습니다. 빙상온천 생각보다 뜨겁지 않고 미지근합니다. 참고하세요. 호텔 온천은 내탕과 노천온천으로 나뉘어 있습니다. 눈 맞으며 온천한 것이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 온천은 정말 괜찮습니다. 식사도 참고로 잘 나왔습니다!

誕生日旅行だったので景色の良い部屋をリクエストしたのですが、最上階の部屋にしていただきました。 料理も美味しく色々あり、お腹がいっぱいになりました。 温泉は源泉掛け流しですが、とても良い温度でした。 是非また泊まりに来たいので、次は夏場の登山で利用させていただきたいと思います。

湖、唇山は部屋からよく見えたが 窓に蜘蛛の巣が複数あったのは残念でした 食事も豊富でどれから食べたらよいか迷うほどです 温泉も人が少なく静かでよかった スタッフも外国の方が多く一生懸命でほっこりしました 全体的に昭和の良いホテルって感じです コンセントが少なかったのが不便でしたが貸し出しの延長コードがあって　チェックイン時に一言いってもらえたらよかったと思う

然別湖の水面が想像していたよりも近く、曇り空ではありましたがとても良い景色に満足です。 夕食のしゃぶしゃぶがちょっと面倒だったので、火をつけたら放置でできるお食事が良いと思いました。朝食のドリンクがとても美味しかったのと、御膳のお料理が多過ぎて食べきれないほどでした。とても好きな朝食でした。

大雪国立公園の大自然に囲まれて、しばし、身体全体で　リフレッシュできました。スタッフの皆様は、フロントも売店も、とても親切です。朝、夜の食事のサーブ担当者はこのご時世、半分が外人部隊ではありますが、言葉の不便もなく、丁寧で、良かったです。

然別湖の唇山がお部屋の真正面でとても景色が良かった お部屋も古いながらも綺麗で玄関 洗面まわりがとても広かったです 温泉も湖に面していて癒されるお湯でしたし、今回頂きました風水膳は品数がとても多くて楽しめました、朝食も地元のお店のものだったりで、種類は少ないですがとても美味しかったです

大変良いがコンセントが欲しい

館内の掃除は行き届いているほか、夕食・朝食も美味しく満足でした。また、泉質もとても良かったです。ただ、客室によって違いがあるのかもしれませんが、私たち家族が泊まった客室では、コンセントが洗面台にしかなく、家族のスマートホンの充電に困りました。携帯デバイス化が進んでいる時代なだけに、客間スペースにコンセントがぜひ欲しいと感じました。
