"I booked the Japanese suite, it’s very spacious like a two bedroom suite, my two teen boys have futon on one side, me and my husband had mattress on the other side of the room, in between there is a living room setting with sofa , tv, desk, bar table, the bathroom is quite big with toilet and shower separately, the foyer can store our five big luggage’s, it’s 15 mins shuttle between hotel and airport, very convenient and efficient, overall it’s the best choice we had in Tokyo so far. "

I didn't like that i didn't get to go check out the public spa but im not to upset i know tattoo ban is a cultural outlook unique to japn. They even have a shuttle to the airport and they will store your luggage after checkout if you dont got to catch your plane right away you can go burn time in tokyo."

"The property is aging, but it's kept in immaculate condition by true Japanese standards. My room was spacious with a huge, comfortable queen bed and a big bathroom. The only downside was the shower. It's a bit complicated to figure out how to regulate the temperature. It kept alternating from scalding to freezing until I found the sweet spot. Definitely needs updating. The other inconvenience was accessing Netflix. The concierge had to send someone to my room twice to set it up, basically once...
