If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. The drinks & biscuits available in the afternoon were good, as were the alcoholic beverages in the evening. The shuttle bus to Disney was good, except for the pick up process.
