"We have stayed at the “Serene & Quiet Cottage” several times. It is always clean and cozy. We travel with our two golden retrievers and the fenced yard is very nice and convenient for them. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. And the cottage is conveniently located for wineries, Apple Hill, downtown Placerville or other local sites. You do have to pass the high school to get to and from the cottage from Highway 50 or points north, so plan accordingly. It can be very congested...

"A beautiful property situated on peaceful grounds in a rural area that has many good restaurants, bars, and breweries within close driving distance. There's even a good sized casino just minutes away. The rental itself is large, clean, comfortable , and has a full kitchen well stocked with all of the pots, appliances, utensils and seasoning you could probably need.
