"Clean unit, excellent cleaning staff are very attentive to detail. The breakfast they leave in the unit each day is good. Chairs need replacement. The shared balcony is not private enough to use. But it's generally quiet, clean, well appointed, and next to the Shamrock which has excellent pub grub. Not close to downtown or Caneland mall, but the nearby Botanical Gardens are nice to walk around. I've stayed multiple times and will be back."

"The check in process was easy and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However the food was very average and I even had to return it, which I don't normally do. When I did, the kitchen staff were rude and gave me stick and started slamming things around the kitchen like a couple of spoiled children.
