The door to the room is super heavy and someone with mobility issues may struggle to push it open or hold it open to get suitcases in or out. A list of available tv channels would be helpful. "Family of 3, stayed in cabin. We loved our stay. Cabin had a comfy Queen bed an a set of bunks. Nice hot shower and r/c air con kept us toasty in the cool weather. Laundry on site. Walk across the road for beach access. About 30 minute walk up the beach or along a path to an amazing park. IGA supermarket, bakery and other essentials only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. "

"Booking our room was very easy. Staff were very polite. We choose to stay there as we are very pleased with all aspects of the establishment. Comforting to know that the Cameras are all around outside so parking your car is safe. Not a dislike but only surprised at the amount of huge pot holes driving to our room. "Communication was excellent prior to arrival to obtain check-in information. Our apartment clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and the property was within walking distance to eating and shopping options in the city centre as well as penguin viewing. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We also utilised the laundry facilities while we were there and it was great to have a huge washer and dryer available for free. As the apartment faces the highway it was a bit noisy at times...
