We booked this hotel months in advance online out of convince of being right by the airport and the freeway into town. The other reasons for booking was because the room had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The dishwasher door was not level so we did not use as I was afraid it would not seal properly. There was an adequate amount of dishware to use for 4 people and 1 small pot for cooking. The hotel does offer a basic breakfast in the morning. HOWEVER, here are the issues we had. We never received any room keys for our room and was told that it was because of a wifi issue. Other guests we ran into had their room keys so I wasnt sure why we couldn't get ours. I asked a couple days after our check in and was still told the internet was down. We had to wait and be let into our room each time we left and came back which was very frequent. We never received any room service cleaning even though the gentlemen would come by every morning and ask if we would need it, and put us on the sheet of rooms to be serviced for the day. We had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper at the front desk, and had to take out our trash with shopping bags from purchases we made. I reminded two different ladies (2 different days) at the front desk with no luck. The pool area was horrible! The pool itself was missing cement on the bottom which could cut someone. The website shows a hot tub but there is not one at all. I cant even put it all into words as this review wont let me.
