Stayed here many times Easy to find easy access more than adequate parking Breakfast has improved greatly since we were here last time Room sizes are generous We had a double room with a huge comfy bed Only downside was we now need to have an accessible room as we couldn’t use the shower as the step up to it was too high for my husband However I am assured that no problem although I’m not sure how many of those rooms they have The staff well turned out pleasant and very helpful

The staff made the stay. Very approachable and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Had a problem with a lost phone and it was sorted honestly and fuss free. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over many years. It is in an excellent location to access by road. Staff, as on previous visits, were kind and helpful. Regrettably, this time the cleanliness of the room, and the condition of the shower, was not up to the standard of previous visits.

First of all, staff were lovely. I'd asked on my booking for a first floor room, when we were given a ground floor room staff moved us with no problem and we're very kind. However, the room smelt of a sort of wet dog smell. We assumed it to be the air con possibly. Or maybe it was actual wet dog since dogs are welcome there. Breakfast was good, though we had to sit in the lounge area due to there being no tables in the dining area. Not a big issue, but we would have preferred a proper dining table so that we weren't bending over to eat our food off a low coffee table. Ample parking.
