The property is in a great location and you can easily access the park within a short walk. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are clean. The only negative is that there are roosters on the property which are noisy and irritating.

Not recommanded

The only reason to stay at the hotel is its proximity to the park. The hotel is of poor standard. Staff were absent both in the restaurant and the pub, and the cleaning was poor. Remote location. No restaurants nearby. I recommend staying in Šibenik instead, which was a charming little town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vrata Krke hotel! Our family room was really spacious, consisting of two (large) bedrooms, a (large) bathroom, and a separate toilet. Unfortunately it appeared our room didn't have a small fridge or minibar. The swimming pool (area) is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasteful, offering a wide choice of bread, toppings and spreads, fruits and vegetables, eggs, pastries, yoghurt and pudding, juices, coffee and tea, etc. Location is excellent, right across Krka park's main entrance. Supermarkets and bakery nearby. About one hour drive from Split or Zadar. Private parking at the hotel and large, free parking across the street (national park). We particularly appreciated dinner at the hotel. Menu offers a wide choice of hot and cold dishes at average prices. Drinks were far less expensive than at most restaurants we came across during our stay in Croatia.

Nice hotel, need update.

Very nice hotel. The room was confortable and big. Few stuff to fix, such as draps hangers broker, remote control for the tv missing. Also, what is up with the toilet hight? The feet do not touch the floor when sitting in it, even a tall man! And no shower enclosure, leading to water everywhere in the bathroom. Location is great, as it is on the park. They offer a discount for the entrance of the park, saddly, no one told us before hand, so we did not get it as we visited the park first from the north side. They should send an email on that matter, would be better. Service was great. Thank you

This is an older property but the staff is beyond hospitable, the room is clean, the swimming pool is awesome. We had a dinner from the la carte menu - the food was excellent albeit a bit pricey. All in all, we would stay here again

The location of the Vrata Krke Hotel is excellent - directly opposite the entrance to the Krke National Park. There is a large pool, which was welcome after a long day walking in the heat. The rooms are large and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a little tired with dated decor, but fine for a short stay.

The staff was not helpful. We got delayed by about 45 minutes going into the park because we bought our tickets through the hotel and when we got to the park to enter they said the tickets had not been sent over correctly. When my husband returned to the hotel to address this the staff was not helpful. We had lots of live ants in our bed and the quality of breakfast was poor.

Para ser un hotel 3 estrellas esta genial. Muy limpio. Las habitaciones muy amplias. No hay lujos pero si limpieza y camas buenas. El desayuno correcto para un hotel 3 estrellas. He estado en hoteles 4 estrellas peores q este. Es muy tranquilo y el paisaje es encantador.
