"Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. Booking is confusing and not consistent with what was offered. Room ammenities lacking like television, non functional shower and no water heater. Bidet is not working. Wifi not so strong.
