We spent a week at Riad Zagora and enjoyed the relaxed homely feel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the place was immaculately clean, fresh towels everday. Would recommend arranging airport transfers with the hotel as it would be hard to find without being met. Ideally situated to enjoy the souks and main sights. Staff can help you arrange a vatiety of excursions. English spoken by most staff but a smattering of French would be helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at this riad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Ekla team went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Redouane, Idriss, the two Mustaphas & one other person I am missing. We had a really great time at Rui Tikida Gardens, which contributed to a fantastic holiday in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is very clean and very well looked after. The food is very nice with several options. The facilities are great, and the outside area is beautiful. It is not a large resort but that contributes to its charm. The staff are very attentive and very welcoming. The waiting staff were particularly good, and you could see the rapport they developed with the guests. The entertainment and activity staff were also brilliant. They definitely contributed to the enjoyment of our stay, especially facilitating us playing French Boules ever morning and during the evening entertainment too. There are also several health and fitness classes you can partake in, these were also great. In particular, the salsa class. The teaching was so good, it meant I wasn’t completely terrible. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are considering going back again next year.

Not a 4 star hotel. Food is mediocre and repetitive. Speciality restaurants were ok and self serve. The staff is very friendly. Drinks were the worst I’ve ever had at an all inclusive so I stuck to wine. First room I was given had no usb ports and the phone cord was cut. Front desk moved me to a different room. The new room had dead ants on the bed. The pool is nice but water was COLD. Entertainment by the pool and at night. No small wash clothes so bring your own if you require it. Didn’t use it but there is a shuttle to the square that you must reserve.
