"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"We arrived in the evening and picked up our car from airport, only a 30 minute drive to villa. Villa was lovely a great pool which we spent a lot of time in to cool off. Villa was very clean great size bedrooms and all 3 had their own bathrooms. Nadia was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay we have had a great 10 days and didn’t want to leave!"

"I had a wonderful time spending a couple days at this hotel. Each staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and upbeat The housekeeping staff went above and beyond in keeping my apartment tidy The location cannot be beat as the hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech Gueliz . My wife used the spa facilities (additional charge) and was very pleased. Breakfast is so delicious .I absolutely plan to stay here during future trips to Marrakech and would be hard-pressed to try another...

"Had a super week in this gorgeous villa. Location to Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains on your doorstep. Villa was set in beautiful tranquil location, the grounds, especially the pools, were stunning. Staff on hand were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Towels seemed unwashed (didn't smell cleaning product at all, instead smelt like someone used it shortly before). Awaken around 9am by very loud noises of furniture being pushed around (by staff doing another room I assume). Don't expect to sleep late in that hotel. Wall electric plug ruined, bathroom trash bin broken, stains on armchairs. These are easy fixes, why not doing them? I can't comprehend the mentality behind such neglectful attitude. For this price all of the above is unacceptable."

"The location of this apartment is in the guliz area of Marrakesh. Everything is nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. We were 3 guests and there was ample room. The host was super friendly and helpful. Provided extra towels and pillows upon request. Restaurants as soon as you come out of the apartment. "

"The Riad was perfect for us. Very cosy and colourful and we loved having breakfast on the roof top. Location perfect, central but quiet and safe. Staff lovely but an extra special mention for Moulay who greeted us at the airport, guided us for 2 days of our stay and organised our departure. He was brilliant and I don't think we would have got nearly so much out of our stay without him. "

"The garden, the renovation of the old palace building, the swimming pool, the quality of housekeeping services, the room comfort are top, congratulations. The Food and Beverage dept needs to be better managed: breakfast at a palace cannot have old dry bread offered or uncooked and dry old potatoes in e - but in our case two mornings in a row- offered to customers. "Had an absolutely wonderful time! The only downsides is they don’t heat the outdoor pool so even when it’s warm outside, the pool is like a polar plunge situation. The wifi was very spotty and barley worked at all in the room but would by the main building and restaurants. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bedding felt like a bare gauze cover- the room otherwise was beautiful and the staff are very helpful & friendly! The kids club & spa were fantastic as well!"

A Gem of a Riad!

"This is a gem of a riad in the Khasbar area of Marrakech. The local street is fantastic - great little cafes - Marana was fantastic for fresh meat skewers and a Moroccan salad. Karim and all the team at Almisk were genuinely hospitable and may our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was great and served on the roof terrace till 11. Great little sun spots on the terrace for afternoon chill time. The room was amazing (number 1) on ground floor and decor and tiling first class. We loved it and would definitely return. Hot air balloon flight was one of my best experiences yet - Morrocon Dream Balloons - bit more expensive through Viator but worth the extra for a truly professional experience. Quad biking for 3 hour trip was great fun too! So much to see and do! Location of the riad was perfect - you won’t be disappointed. Don’t be tempted to be too central - noisy at night. Take a warm jacket for the evenings and early morning."
