"Déjà un énorme merci à Zaineb et Malik qui sont très réactif même à distance , une villa magnifique très bien équipé avec une tranquillité incroyable j’ai passer des vacances avec ma famille dont un bébé de 11 mois nous avons vraiment bien profiter de cette villa qui est proche de tous mer magasin restaurant vraiment le jardin d’une beauté exceptionnel merci infiniment à bientôt on l’espère "

"My family and I enjoyed thoroughly Menzel Nour. This house is beautiful. We did appreciate Mustapha and Nadia and their quiet way of helping. We also very much like having the Lady who did cook wonderful meals for us. the AC from the TV room needs to be improved. But overall it was a great experience. "

"We stayed at Dar Elyas from January 14 to February 23. One daughter joined us for one week, our other daughter joined us for two. We all agreed that the photos don’t do the residence justice!! "Première fois que je fais un séjour .en location. C'est une réussite. Très bon accueil de la part de Brigitte, la propriétaire du lieu. Cette location est très bien pour un couple ou une personne seule comme moi. De plus, elle est bien équipée, une terrasse permet de prendre ses repas dehors, quand il fait beau. Cette location est très bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Midoun, dans un quartier calme. Une chose que je peux dire, c'est que je reviendrai."

"Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English. The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall it was a good stay!"

"Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

Well done Plaza Hotel

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "
