Good, quiet location, 10 minute walk to the seafront. Nice friendly staff. Ample parking. Don't think the rooms on the 2nd floor (in the roof) should be classed as de-luxe rooms - they are not very big, and the en-suite bathroom was small. Breakfast was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We could order a drink to the lounge area but we walked often into town which had lots to offer to eat and drink. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Bed linen was clean and quality and beds were very comfortable. We plan to visit again.

Lovely hotel in Sidmouth, very comfortable bed and great breakfast. Easy walking distance to the Promenade and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ideal for a short or long stay.

An excellent hotel that is worth more than 2 stars. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast outstanding. It is very near the coast and the older part of Sidmouth so Avoids parking in Sidmouth.
