"While we do recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and very friendly people. The only one bad thing was the very hard bed. The bed felt like a soft floor with a thin mattress, but the staff was super great."

"The staff are amazing, they made this place worth staying in. The rooms are nice, no tv but that was ok. I was booked on the fourth floor and climbing up and down those stairs all day was not an option for me. They did accommodate me and moved me to the 2nd which was doable. Other then the elevator issue which might not be an issue for most people, way more positives then negatives and at the price a good deal. And the pool area is very nice. "
