"Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and the bathroom would flood after a shower since the doors don’t close well, but overall the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Just a warning if you need them there are no elevators, as well you may need to reserve parking with the hotel before arriving. The hotel is walking distance from everything in the main area, with a grocery store just across the street."

"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. My only suggestion for people looking to book would be that you might want to rent a car. It is technically walking distance to centre of town in Siena but it’s a bit of an awkward walk uphill. "

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean. A tea towel and dishwashing sponge / washing up liquid would have been useful, but the chalet was otherwise well equipped for basic cooking. Nice pizzeria and mini market on site with fresh bread and croissants daily as well as most other essential items. Good sized swimming pool - swimming hats compulsory but sold cheaply at the pool bar. Buses into Sienna stop near the site entrance - night buses back are a bit confusing though! Staff at reception...
