Very close to the central core and easy walk for dinner and shopping. Also very close to a spectacular view of the old city! Excellent breakfast which my kids loved. Lots of fruit and options. Also family suite worked well with a twin room for them and a king for us! Very clean and pretty with lovely staff

Charming and all of the staff were kind and very helpful from the reception at check in to the staff running the excellent breakfast. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything and gave helpful advice about the area. I hope to come back and visit them again soon!

This was our favourite hotel in Italy. The room was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is fantastic. The walk to the historic centre takes you past the best view of the city…stunning! We will definitely stay here again when we return.

The food and coffee were superb! It was a lovely stay in a magnificent area. Only problem was they stabbed us in the back with their bed! It was like a slab of marble!

Fabulous hotel!

Wow, what a find!! The hotel was beautiful. A small charming boutique hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I loved that we could buy a wine and beer from them to have in our room. The hotel is just a short walk out of the city, ideal for us as it was a little quieter.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly staff . Room was comfortable although small and had thought I'd booked a room with a terrace . However it was great for what we needed . We would recommend .

Really liked the cleaness and restaurant for breakfast was really cute. Check in was fast and personnel very attentive. Only issue is that you can hear everything going on outside. But the closeness to the center of Siena is a plus. Walking distance to main atractions. Recommend!!

Surprising charming place in Siena. Not right at the busy touristic center, but very nearby (less than 10 min walk). Quite zone. Very easy to find parking in front of the hotel. The room at the deluxe room at the second floor has brig windows with a nice view to the patio. The breakfast is excellent, and Lucy very friendly! We forgot earrings at the room and they sent us a message letting us know promptly. Great experience!

Ok, mas não voltaria.

Razoável, mas falta um pouco de bom senso. Avisaram que o ckeck-in no dia da minha chagada deveria ser feito mais tarde, pois estariam treinando a equipe. Adaptei meus planos de viagem para mudar o horário de chegada. No entanto, quando pedi para estender o checkout por 2 horas, pois fiquei doente e não consegui sair antes das 11 horas, foi cobrado uma taxa de 40 euros, ainda que o hotel estivesse com muitos quartos vagos. O box é bem pequeno, e tive que pedir toalhas e sabonete que não havia no quarto quando cheguei. Não tomei café da manhã,.pois estava muito doente.

Bom hotel!

O hotel foi construído, possivelmte, em uma antiga residência, tem quartos amplos, o box é bem estreito e do quarto que fiquei vazava água, a pia não fica dentro do banheiro, isso não foi um problema pra mim, mas acho importante relatar. A recepção funciona até 21:00h e depois disso pra acessar o hotel o hóspede precisa usar uma chave específica para entrar. O hotel é bem localizado. O café da manhã tem bons itens, alguns mudam de um dia para o outro, eu considero isso importante, especialmente, em estadas de mais de 2 dias. Existe uma brasileira que trabalha no hotel, Dulce, que é um amor de pessoa, sempre gentil, sorridente! A impressão é que ficamos hospedados em uma casa de bons amigos! Eu indico e voltarei!
