Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. "Our family of three stayed there for one night and had a pleasant stay. It is right on the Camino, so it is perfect for pilgrims. They have a restaurant on site, so we didn’t have to venture into town to get dinner. Our room is huge, with two single beds and one queen bed. However, the single beds are placed oddly in the room, so one could bash one’s head getting up. But, otherwise, everything is good. "

"We stayed here when we had a rental car and wanted to explore the Basque area of Spain. We did day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián and Pamplona. The Parador is in a beautiful setting and the room was very comfortable. We did all our eating and shopping during our day trips so the Parador was a quiet, country setting to relax. We did eat breakfast at the Parador but no other meals. Breakfast was good - very typical Spanish style hotel breakfast. "

Great Stay. Beautiful Location

"Our stay at Palacio de Pujadas was nothing less than GREAT. We arrived one day later due a flight delay and they were very nice understanding and accommodating. We asked an extra fan to our room bc it was really warm and in less 10 min the fan was there. All the staff work together as a team as they share the reception and the bar/restaurant and they are simply amazing, all of them. I don't speak Spanish and they tried to help any chance they had. Highly Highly recommend."
