Free trolley leaves Morton's every 30 min to take you up and down the Key. You will absolutely love it here!

This centrally-located & Cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location right off Ocean Blvd on Canal Road. This apt. is ideal for small families, groups, reunions, etc.

This apt. can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Master Bedroom: King Bed (1)
• Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed (1)
• Living Room: Pull-Out Sofa Bed (1)

Guest access
Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the second floor.
-311 is located on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise when moving around inside the unit as guests below can hear heavy footsteps.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

Overall great stay!
Great location and nice property! Appreciated flexibility with check in and ease of gaining access. Could have been a little more clean (sand on floor mostly) but would stay again at this or the neighboring properties by this company.

Great Vacation Spot!
My family of 6 (4 adult children) stayed in this lovely unit in Siesta Key. We LOVED the location...just one block away from food and fun. The beach was a short walk away. We used the pool and the condo had everything we needed for our stay! I would 100% book here again!

Great location, great place and very responsive.
We went for a spring break getaway and the place was perfect. The location was so great we didn’t need to move the car once the entire time. Exactly as described, great comfy beds and very clean and well appointed. We had a minor need and the hosts responded quickly and rectified the matter right away. 5 stars.

This is our second year staying here and we loved it even more! The walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store cannot be beat! The pool and outside area is clean, easy to access and warm. The unit is so clean and the perfect layout for a beach vacation! We couldn’t love a place more!

Great location to everything and very clean! The only thing we didn't like was you couldn't set the air conditioning lower then 72. It was warm in the unit, the ceiling fans helped.

What an amazing experience. Everything was wonderful. Great location walking distance to the beach and the downtown. Close to the restaurant and stores. We enjoyed out stay. The location was central to the shops and activity in Siesta Key, perfect for my teenage daughter to hang out with friends. A short walk to the beach was great for my morning walks. The on premise private pool was also a huge plus. On the downside, the showers were not very tall and overly nice, which I am on the taller side. We couldn't get the gas grill to work, the valve would not open. We did see a couple dead palmetto bugs during our stay, the good news is they were dead.

Great location but needs an interior remodel bad!
Upon arriving the location looked great on the outside. Looked like it was painted in the last few months. Once you step inside it felt like I was back in the 90’s. Old appliances and kitchen as well as cracked and loose tiles all over the apartment. It’s been blazing hot everywhere on the planet however in this unit you cannot place the thermostat under 72 or you will violate their rules. It was so hot and uncomfortable at times I could hardly sleep. When I rent a place I don’t expect to be told how cold I should keep it. That wasn’t explained anywhere online. The laundry machine also had major issues. Other than those issues the location was outstanding. Very close to the strip with all of the restaurants and walking distance to the beach.

GREAT location, poor cleanliness
We loved the location of this property. It's right next to the Village Market, local donut shop and tons of restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the home was less than to be desired, though. We found hairs all over the bedding and towels. I contacted management and they sent over a cleaning manager right away to switch out the bedding and towels. She was horrified to see the allergic reaction my daughter had to the bedding, though. The two beds were comfortable. The pull-out bed was what you'd expect from a pull-out bed: not ideal. Unfortunately the pool was darn right COLD when we went and could not be turned up any higher. We enjoyed spending time in the quaint backyard still, though. Lastly, I'd recommend you bring your own games and puzzles. Unfortunately the property doesn't offer any of these from previous houseguests. You'll also want to bring your own shampoo, soap, hand pump soap and any cooking supplies (ie. PAM cooking spray, salt, pepper, seasoning, tin foil, rubbermaid containers or ziploc bags). Again, great location. Unfortunately mediocre property.

Comfortable, but lacking some basic amenities.
We stayed Saturday to Saturday. Location provided exceptional access to the village and beach. Pool area needed attention. Diaper, trash. Pool was clean tho. Kitchen supplies minimal. Had to go get a pitcher, No bread knife. AC/fans a bit noisy. Beds okay, not great, but okay. Good pet friendly area. Stairs are a bit sketchy. Overall, a nice place to stay. 👌
