I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. "So so nice, relaxing, and very comfortable. The room was well thought out and had all and more you need and want and was still felt very comfortable. Off season makes for a great, quiet time to visit! Breakfast was GREAT and plenty of selections. Olga was so kind and a warm good morning smile! Our entire visit was wonderful! "
