"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use! "Location, location, location. So easy to get to everywhere I needed to go without getting on a highway. The tenants in the building are uniformly friendly and helpful. The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. "
