"We booked a full size bed with a small twin bed, non smoke room. Upon arrival we noticed that we did not get the room we paid for and got a smoke room. We kept the air on and a window open but no relieve with the smell. The room was freezing due to trying to get rid of the smell. The only blanket on the bed was a small one person blanket with holes. "A brand new hotel with lovely outside pool. Could be outstanding if a few issues were addressed. Only a very thin blanket was provided for bed cover. Not warm enough. Breakfast was poor. "We needed a hotel for a few hours till we catch the ferry. Perfect location..2 minutes drive to the port. Easy to find the hotel. Had its own limited amount of parking spots. Very friendly staff..spoke english. There is a cafe and restaurant opposite the hotel for a quick bite. But it is walkable distance to the seafront with many restaurants and shops. Hotel is quiet. Clean. No Lift. Blanket is too small for two people. "

"I went to the given address and there was no such place. People in neighborhood didn't know of it's existence. I called the phone number given with booking and no one answered. I was left in a very difficult situation to find alternative accommodation. I have notified Hotels.com but they fail to answer my complaint. Not happy."
