"Pros: The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun. The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view. "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"Lovely hotel, extremely spacious rooms. Hotel is spotless but above all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly from the reception to the restaurant, the entertainment staff and the barstaff. The food at the hotel is top quality with a wide selection. Would definitely recommend!"
