"Had a hard time finding the house address on the listing. When i clicked on the map it sent us to a different rental house on a different street. Once we found the address and the house, the color of the house was different from that in the photo. But once inside, it was an adorable little place. Perfect size for our family to spread out. "From check in to check out everything was seamless. The house and grounds were beautiful, there is even a kiwi tree! My family loved the gym (especially the exercise swing) and the kitchen had everything we needed. So much care and attention to detail by the owner. We will definitely be back!"

We also didn’t expect there to be as much emergency vehicle/traffic noise. The location is next to a busy road and the fire dept is a short distance away. "Actually it started off very bad. We had to change both rooms. Our room had never been clean and the other we had No Hot water. The phone did not work and the towels had not been replaced. Also there was dog cocky outside in the front that my husband stepped in. However I think his name was Bryant saved the day by upgrading our room and profusely apologizing and being kind helped. However those were things that should never happen. We have stayed there before with no problems. "

"We stayed last night and everyone was extremely friendly! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable! The breakfast options in the morning were plentiful, and something for everyone! They had your normal cereals, muffins and pancakes/waffles. They also had regular sausage, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, fresh cinnamon rolls etc… Only negative is toilet roll holders instead of just on the back of the toilet."

"Great property. My son complimented on how "smiley" the young man was that checked us in. We loved the hospitality and the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was okay. The eggs are powdered so skip those but the ladies providing breakfast were sweet and accommodating. Great place. We will make it a point to stop here next time we are making a trip through the area. Loved Elkin! "
