Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur beschränkte sich auf ein Mail zwei Tage vor Abfahrt. Mehrmals Versuche, dort anzurufen, scheiterten. Ob das Appartement über WLAN verfügt, wissen wir nicht. "Two weeks spent in the Valtellina at the height of summer. The house was ideally situated for exploring the various different small valleys that lead to the high mountains encircling the valtellina. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with little or no distractions. Everything in the house was as expected and we echo the recommendation to eat at the rifugio Mello."

"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
