"Situated on an isolated raised area just on the edge of the town this is a spacious property with comfortable beds. It is however rather bland inside with sparce furniture. It needs a table and chairs for eating together with a coffee table to help fill the space. The main lights in the bedrooms have no shades or ceiling rose, just the bulb hanging on the cable. The holiday would have been perfect if not for the HUGELY uncomfortable beds and FREEZING cold pool. Even after communication, and the pool technician, the temperature was ice cold. It’s also on a fairly busy road (with a development happening over the road - lots of noisy machinery and building works) but that would have been easily ignored if the beds and pool had been better....

"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

"The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, and larger than it appears to be from the pictures. The internet was very fast, excellent for streaming movies. The water pressure was excellent, and the hot water is supplied by an instant gas heater, so no problems with that. There is no dishwasher, but that was not a problem. The beds are comfortable. The apartment was quiet--we almost never heard our neighbors. And the LOCATION is FANTASTIC! Right on the Praça, in Old Town--it was so beautiful....
