"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. "The apartment was gorgeous and had all of the amenities that you would need. It was so well furnished and I would definitely stay here again. "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. "We had an amzing long weekend here. The accomodation is brilliant, bedrooms are downstairs which means upstairs benefits from the most amazing views and a lovely open plan space.
