It’s convenient and parking is easy. Generally safe area with good security but the property maintenance is pretty worn out. There’s smell of the sewage/plumbing (eg the covering for the basin is missing)
Stains are visible on the living room floor and bathroom which gives out a old motel vibe

Really cool and unusual building, room was small but comfortable, location is a 15 walk to the subway but on a small city island with a beach outside. Would stay here again in the summer!
