"The rooms were in an excellent location and were both comfortable and clean. I just don’t feel comfortable with remote checkin. I like having someone on site. That is my personal taste and the reason I didn’t give it a perfect score."

"location is close to center. but no parking place available. it was difficult to find parking place and needs to put money several times to parking lot which was 5 min walk. if you are lucky , maybe can find a place in the street in front of the hotel. room was very nice and clean. but the common area had no drinking water and the coffee mashine wa not cleaned and the filter with old coffee was allover molded. bring your flashlight if you want to go back at night as the light at the gate has a...

"It was ok for the price we paid. There was some complications trying to contact the host to arrange check in but we got in ok on arrival . Room was ok, quite basic , no facilities to make a hot drink. "Awesome location to visit Bran. The Castel is at 15 min walking and parking is included. Personnel is very kind and professional. We got helped on every request. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is excellent! "

"The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other people staying there. The floor upstairs is the ceiling of your room and you hear every step and all the sound echos. The stairs are very loud. Also, there is NO A/C. The room is good and the bathroom is big and clean, but the noise is too much. The host told me to go outside on the terrace to cool off. "In few words: Exceptional staff managing an exceptional hotel. In more words: Customer service fit for a 7 star hotel on par with dubai's finest, from the check-in, manager and Director, i was shocked to find this in Romania where customer service is more on the lacking part. The hotel itself is a 5 star hotel. "

"The apartment is beautiful. Just like in the pictures. It's close to the old town, so lot of shops are available with a short walk. Parking can be difficult during the day, but we found it was like that anywhere close to the old town. After 8 pm more paking spots become available close to the flat. I would recommend this flat and would come back."

Very happy but some annoying problems

"The dining and conference facilities are absolutely impeccable. Staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean and everything is highly convenient. The drain of the bathroom sink let in some unwanted smells, the mattress was comfortable but lumpy. Overall quite pleased. Borderline worth the asking price and would certainly stay again. "
