Friendly staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Free underground parking. Rooms are well set up with large showers, fridge, swimming pool and extra toiletries. Area is undergoing building but did not interfere with comfort or noise level.

New hotel with a nice spa area and gym. Staff accommodating with early gym access and check in. Food was good with lots of options. Only down side is the area is under construction with new houses being built, but everything is new. Another year it will be a beautiful area.

Nice service personnel in a new hotel , but ???
The booked room was a Superior Double Room with city view. We had a room with sea view from the balcony. The room was not I am expecting from a Superior type … just a small double bed and to little … not enough space for one suitcase and two board cases. The cabinet is also small. However for just one night this new hotel is acceptable and the facilities for sports and leisure are okay. Breakfast is good, parking in the garage below is free and WiFi is also free. The bathroom is okay but not free from bugs nearby the garbage box.

Great hotel with a sea view. Clean, safe, friendly staff. The manager was very helpful. He gave me a bag of ice for my migraine. Excellent customer service right there. The food was delicious and the presentation of every dish was excellent!

The hotel is 5 star! Beautiful spa with gym, wet and dry sauna. Our meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the free breakfast was also very good. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Bathroom and bed were great.

Clean hotel by the sea. It was a perfect stop between Lisbon and Portimao. Take advantage of the spa - it was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Nice modern, comfortable and friendly hotel
Sines Sea View was a great choice as we traveled south down the west coast of Portugal. It’s ‘billed’ as a business hotel (apparently Sines is working hard to become a business and tech hub and there’s lots of building going on) - we were on holiday and for us it made a welcome stay in a modern, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was free and in an underground carpark. Our room was comfortable if slightly white and lacking in character. It had a fridge and everything you needed. We ate in the restaurant and it was amazing - really very good modern Portuguese food. Also breakfast was excellent. Sines itself is not the prettiest but heading south there are some lovely beaches and towns. The immediate area around the hotel is very much work in progress: lots of building going on right now almost like a new build housing estate. A great choice of a hotel on our holiday.

Sines sea view lives up to its name.
Our stay was very good. Check in was smooth and our room was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the construction going on outside our room. Otherwise the hotel is very nicely located with nice views of the sea.

The hotel is new and beautiful but I didn’t find much around the area. Lots of construction and quite industrial. The “sea view” I paid for was barely a sliver and no sunset view at all. Breakfast was delicious. I drove out to the north beach for the views but didn’t have phone service so was challenging to navigate driving. This was a stopover between the Algarve and Lisbon but I wouldn’t stay in this area again. Nothing to do with the hotel which was lovely, but as a solo traveller, I didn’t feel the safest walking around here.
