You really can’t beat the location of the Crowne Plaza for transiting as it’s literally attached to the airport. The room decor is a bit stuffy but the bed was comfortable, excellent shower and bath products, fluffy towels & a robe. and even a tap for filtered drinking water. I had a great sleep and was refreshed before my next flight!

The mattress on the beds was worn out and not supportive.If this would be corrected ,it would go a long way to improving the hotel. Although this is intended to be a higher end option for staying at Changi, the prices are ridiculously high. Even though the rooms are nicely designed, there was a lot of external noise that came through the venting system. Would not recommend unless you absolutely needed to be on site at Changi for an early flight. Even then, I would opt for a budget option rather than throw money away on this place.
