The hotel is a little shabby but what sets it apart from other flashier hotels is the staff service in the Executive Club Lounge. Having cold non alcoholic beverages available during the day was always welcome after coming in from the heat. In the evening alcohol - wines and spirits are served between 6 to 8 pm. Different warm dishes eg prawn cutlets, chicken skewers, curry puffs together with cheese and biscuits, savoury nibbles and cakes were also supplied. What the hotel lacks in ambience however is completely overshadowed by the amazing friendly staff in the Executive Club. Agnes, Ray, Ivy, Ralph, Mei, and Desmond were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean, internet was fast and the view across the bay magnificent. The pool area lacked charm and the water was freezing. A spa would have been a welcome addition. Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

Hotel management can be better, due to the TV in my cannot turn to life TV channels, and there has no TV instruction guide in room, I play with every buttons on the remote, not working, no one in hotel seems can help.

It was an excellent stay at Furama with several standout features. The Executive rooms are a highlight, boasting stunning views, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown with numerous food options and vibrant nightlife nearby. Public transport access is convenient, and the hotel provides a great breakfast buffet and evening tea facilities. The friendly and attentive staff also add to the positive experience. However, the hotel’s lobby could use more attention to cleanliness specially with carpet which looks very dirt and full of marks, and the lifts, along with the key card scanner, are outdated and problematic. Additionally, the lighting throughout the hotel feels dated, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere upon arrival, which could benefit from modernization. Overall, I was quiet happy with the stay considering the price. Loved the friendly and fast service from the amazing staff at tge reception. Big shoutout to Imah from the front desk for her warm welcome and prompt check-in.

This property needs a refurbishment. The room we stayed in smelt musty, we had to put an air freshner in the room to get rid of musty smell. We asked not to be near elavator as we had been put in one last time we stayed here. Lo and behold, they put us next to the elevators. Carpets in the hallway was loose and a trip hazard. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it to be cleaned more often, so only had towels changed every 3 days. You have to go to reception to pick up teabags, coffee, toilet paper etc if you run out. I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't recommend to stay here, far better hotels at the price we paid

My husband and I very satisfied especially the staff special mentioned to Sam and the guy that she worked with their shift is 8 to 4 pm they go beyond helping us. ( reception) in the dining area good food staff are friendly even their time is hectic they still interact w people.you guys always have food for everyone no matter what back grounds we find something.Our very humble big Thanks.

I really liked staying here. The hotel is 800m away from the Formula 1 gate we used, so we could walk back and forth. Very close to China town and to metro station. The room was very nice and the view was great

Little bit of a disopointment requested a queen bed over the two singles and received 2 singles we had to put together which kept moving away from eachother. Had to time the morning showers as twice we had no hot water. Day if us landing we tried to get some sleep and the hotel was doing matenence and have and floor hammer digger up somthing which was very noisy.
