While the hotel was in good place and reasonably appointed, we had major ant infestation. The staff was responsive but despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, they chose to ignore us. We’re going to request our money back. It was quite traumatic as you can see in pictures.

We liked location. Breakfast was fine. Pool was lovely. The staff were excellent from cleaners to the reception team, in particular Francis who we had most to do with. We would happily visit again.

The Naumi is very nice boutique hotel - new and very nicely appointed and located. However, the rooms are more suited for singles, or doubles who travel lightly. We had been on a long trip and had a lot of luggage which was challenging to negotiate in the room size. Also, the storage in the bathroom is very limited. That said, what really makes this hotel worth a stay is their staff! Everyone was amazing, but a special thank you needs to be given to Kishern, Christopher and Agnes! They went above and beyond to make our stay and first visit to Singapore fabulous!! And it was!!

The Naumi Hotel is in a great location in Bugis with plenty of dining options and public transport nearby. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely amenities. The highlight is the rooftop pool and bar, especially at night. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff, enjoyed my stay
Staff are great. So helpful and obliging. I enjoyed the poolside happy hour, it was much needed after a busy day. The staff even gavbe me a drink after I arrived very late after happy hour closed. Love the hotel artwork. Rooms are small but fitted out well. Only complaint was no small facecloth and not enough cotton pads.

This hotel was in a great location near the Raffles hotel and shopping center. The staff were great. The room, although small, was very adequate. Nice king bed with great pillows but a queen size comforter so we had to sleep close together to cover! The hallways smelled very musty but in Singapore that is probably normal because of the humidity. Our room’s view was another building - that was disappointing. The breakfast was good with a few differences each day - always eggs and toast, coffee, and juice.

Lovely personal boutique hotel with fabulous 10th floor swimming pool On Singapore standards, this is a small boutique hotel where the front desk staff seem to know you personally. All staff were polite and very efficient but special commendations for Christopher and JR. The hotel is close to two MRT stations and Little India, with plenty of shopping and eating opportunities in the immediate neighbourhood, so great location. We booked the standard Habitat room which had a fabulous large comfortable bed, quiet air con and excellent sound proofing. We were on the sixth floor facing a plain concrete wall across the street (attached to Raffles I think) so not brilliant views, put on the flipside very private. There was a proper pod coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. The room was not huge but it was comfortable, quiet and had the usual amenities. One of the highlights was the 10th floor south facing, rooftop pool which has unobstructed views over Raffles and to the CBD; fabulous particularly at night time. Complimentary drinks were served between 5-7 pm by the pool which was a nice touch. We did not have the breakfast, but this was self service buffet in the lobby area and did not look very inspiring. So a lovely small hotel with great staff, but I’m not sure about the five star rating. The Hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, although there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood, and didn’t really have a 5 star presence (including externally).

This is not a luxury hotel. While the location is ideal for business or exploring, the hotel itself is fairly basic. Aside from some interesting artwork, it feels similar to an Aloft or La Quinta. The staff was pleasant, but nothing noteworthy. Despite noting it was our honeymoon, there was no acknowledgment, not even a verbal congratulations. We also prepaid for a car service through the hotel, only to be told upon arrival that there was an additional surcharge due to Formula 1. Upon check-in, we had to handle our own bags, which isn't what you'd expect from a luxury property. The rooms are small but well-designed. Overall, it was just okay.

Great spot to stay in Singapore. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was open late so was great to go cool off in after a long day of walking in the heat. Transportation options were within a 5 minute walk. Super clean!
