Loved fact that 12th floor (reception) and 27th (pool and restaurant) were open with terraces -- always aware of lovely tropical breezes. We stayed in a club room and it was nice to have drinks and snacks a available. Room was comfortable but the bathroom is strange and cramped and could use some hooks for towels that aren't in the shower area. Hot water comes only if you turn on bathtub faucet first and must turn it to the right, not left as is common in most places.

Excellent staff. Hotel was modern, furniture was well kept. Esthetically pleasing. Club Room and great amenities well worth the coast. Daily mini bar was good. Comfy bed. We had great views of Maxwell Food Center and Chintown. Breakfast didn’t have alot of options in the Club Lounge but the basics are there. Free cocktail hours everyday was good. Free massage everyday. Would recommend
