The rooms were incredibly small as me and my friend were 6ft , hygiene was poor, there was painting during our check in and outside of our rooms. They were refusing to upgrade our rooms even though we insisted on paying the difference. Poor customer service

Staff was nice enough. The room we had had no windows, they only clean every 3rd day, no phone in room so you have to go down if you need anything from the reception desk, iron and microwave isn’t in the room, they are in a shared area.

Nice and cozy room but For the amount of money we paid, the minimum I expected was daily housekeeping…kept having to beg them to bring us toilet paper. The vibe of the hotel is nice but service is poor

Great little hotel in a fantastic location, clean and spacious and value for money, downsides are that housekeeping are once every 3 days and the reception is not 24/7 - you have to Whatsapp to get amenities. Pantry/small kitchenette is on a couple of floors which I didn't realise till the last day lol.

Convenient location. Only a few mins walk to Farrer MRT station. Rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately, they had maintainance on the drains for 2 days which rendered the water undrinkable. Bottled water was promised but only delivered the second day. Note room service is every 3 days but you can request towels earlier.

Nice hotel. You will get a gigant bathroom comparing to Singapore standards. Friendly staff. Sometimes little bit noisy especially if you have room in front of the elevator.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen common area could be better equipped. It was hard to cook breakfast there with so many utensils missing. Staff could also try to be more flexible. We asked for just 1 hour extra for check out and answer was no with no explanation as to why. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is an older, smaller building, near the MRT station. The rooms are not very big and there's a gap between the door and the floor so you can hear the neighbors going in and out of their room easily. For bathroom amenities, there's a two-in-one shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. They offer two mediocre towels and two hand towels. Only one roll of toilet tissue paper, no extra. No facial tissues or lotions are offered. The hotel has two rooms on the 4th and 6th floor where there's a common area with tables, a soda, tv, and a mini kitchenette area. The water machine is also located there. The service desk is opened until 10pm. Fortunately, we didn't run into any issues at night but I wouldn't know who to contact after 10pm. This is a good budget hotels for families and a good place if you only plan to sleep there and be out all day. This place is better than a motel but definitely not comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn or Hyatt House.

6 hour wait to get reserved room ! Yes, I arrived early but misrepresentations about expediting my room were unconsionable. Once “Glen” took over, room immediately available, and he could not have been more helpful for rest of my stay. Enjoyed the bar, and the room was fine. Not an elaborate place but served the purpose at a reasonable cost
