Friendly and nice staff. Many delicious restaurants around the hotel. Easy and fast to take bus go to anywhere.
Bed sheet and pillows cover not clean properly. The shower room has some bad smell from the drain.
Excellent staff and pretty good room.
Didnt like the cold shower and no windows.

Location: good - there are many eateries nearby.

Familly room: quite spacious and can comfortably fit a family of 4
Bathroom: larger than average
Issues: The ceiling hole cover was not shut properly and wallpaper was peeling off in some areas. The room was very humid and no windows to let fresh air in. The air conditioner needed to be on really cold to combat the humidity. It got too cold in the middle of the night, so I turned up the temperature. In the morning, i almost slipped from the condensation accummulating all over the floor. It can't be good for people with respiratory issues. I would suggest to install a dehumidifier in the room.
Sadly, i will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
Our room (with window) was really small but clean and in good condition, and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is half way between downtown and the airport so a good option if you’re stopping over in Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and and also a 7 Eleven (very) conveniently located next door. Overall it was good value for money and we’d stay again.
A good simple and comfortable place. It was very dark with no external windows. This was a positive for us on a stopover through Singapore. The bathroom was well appointed. It was on a vibrant street with lots of food choices
Nice hotel for our two night stay. Room was very small as we knew when booking it. Had a little difficulties with all our luggage. Staff was frendly. There were many restaurants in the area. 24h 7-eleven next door was convenient.
Decent property providing clean and comfortable rooms. One thing I did not like was the lack of windows in my room. Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience, with very nice and courteous staff, and the hotel is in a great location close to many amazing F&B options. However, it is quite far from subway transportation.
Checked into the hotel late and had been given a room basically right next to the reception and lobby area. The room smelled of mould possibly due to lack of windows. The noise levels were very bad as you could hear everything happening in the lobby. As we had an early flight, the receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room upstairs, which was better in terms of the mould smell and noise, as it was no longer close to the lobby. Overall, only good for a quick transit, but don't count on getting any good rest if you are a light sleeper.
The first thing I noticed was the shower was not cleaned - there were old water/soap stains on the shower enclosure and fixtures.
We did not get new towels the next day (we left our towels on the floor indicating we need new ones), and we did not get ANY housekeeping service the 3rd day despite reminding them twice that morning.
Syed did apologize, and we were given towels, etc., but to not have any/minimal housekeeping service for our 3 night stay was more than disappointing as that was part of the payment for staying at a hotel.
The positive thing is the employees were friendly and polite
