This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

Great stay!
We are so happy to have discovered this unit as we visit family often in Palm Beach Gardens. The space worked perfectly for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 semi-adult children). The property itself is wonderful; the beach was much bigger and prettier than I envisioned and the staff at the hotel was super friendly and went above-and-beyond to be sure everyone was well cared-for. We will definitely be back!

Much bigger than the pictures made it out to look like. We had no issues. The view was great! The location amazing! The staff were warm, friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed the beach! It’s right next to a small coral reef. So we got to snorkel a little. Great property! We’d definitely go again!

Beautiful Property-Room Had Issues
The property, service, beach access, and pools were amazing! The room had a/c issues (it was cooler in the hallway) and hot water only worked if you put both showers and the kitchen sink on at the same time. Property Mgmt responded quickly, however the maintenance man felt he resolved it with a filter change & turning the hot water heater up. It didn’t and made for a very uncomfortable stay in the room. Fortunately, the property had so much to do that we were out of the room most of the trip.

Wonderful stay. Place is great and wonderful amenities at the hotel resort. We have stayed in past as a hotel guest and this was such a great deal. Access to everything. Only issue was that sliding door to bathroom seemed broken so would t stay closed. May want to fix. Will come again!!

Overpriced but pleasant
The property was generally as advertised but definitely had reduced staffing and the property needed overall cleaning and maintenance. The condo unit was also in need of some maintenance but was generally clean and we had a nice experience. The on-site restaurant was awful so avoid it if you can but the pool food was better than you would have expected it to be for pool food. Singer island is a nice location but definitely would suggest renting a car to get to restaurants, grocery shop, etc.

Short Stay at Palm Springs, Riveria Beach FL
We loved the condo. It was spacious and the views from the balcony amazing. I found that management at the Marriott were not very helpful. We needed internet service for my husband and daughter to work and my other daughter to do school work. We talked to technical people from Singer Rental and she was not able to get us connected on a continuous basis. Also, if we connected out computers, we could not connect our phones, We had to buy the internet service everyday and it would drop us by mid-day. I did not like the area that the condo was located in, Rivera beach has the highest crime rate of all of Palm Beach. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have a car so that you can travel to safer locations,

We had a great stay at this property over the 4th of July weekend. The view is great of the ocean from the room and all the amenities were top notch. The kids loved the water slide and both pools. We would stay here again in the future.

The resort is fabulous, the condominium was extremely comfortable!
We had a great time celebrating our first granddaughter's first birthday. The suites were very comfortable with full kitchen allowing us to just relax with the baby. The views from both our rooms were excellent providing views of the sunrise in our room and views of the intercoastal and the ocean in the 2-room suite. The weather and the ocean were stupendous. We would definitely come again.

Very nice property great beach and fun pools
At first glance this is a great property. And once we walked into the room we were convinced. The balcony was awesome as were the beds and rooms. The pools were fun and had great kids activities throughout the day( just be aware you are going to pay quite a bit for most activities so be prepared). The staff was very helpful and responsive. My wife and kids loved the beach. Overall 5 stars. Also the checkin process was simple.

Wonderful home away from home
Enjoyed the stay very much. Accomadations clean and comfortable. Convenient for traveling the area. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was superb as was the food otherwise. Thank heavens for the two great pools because the wind would not let us on the beach. The part of our family that joined us had a corner room on the 18 th floor that really wowed them. Stunning and Awesome
The unit was stunning. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was well laid out, neat and spacious and very impressive. We had a stunning view on the 18th floor from our corner unit over the Marina, the pool below, and over the beach from our other balcony. When one closed your doors you heard nothing and one could sleep without any interruptions. The washer/dryer was such a blessing. We loved staying there and would recommend these apartments to anyone

1800 Unit With Wrap Around Balcony
This unit was absolutely beautiful and equipped with the necessities. There were no beach chairs upon arrival so we called Bob and four brand new chairs and umbrella were bought for us. There is a high top table for four plus two counter high chairs. Wouldn't have stayed in any other unit. View from balcony spectacular. Thank you Bob.

Beach, two pools and two bedrooms. Works great for two boy family. Big water park nearby. Lots of food options short drive away. Condo Is minimally equipped for food prep, but did see the pizza guy on yhe building several times. Byo beach toys or stop by the surf shop a short walk down the beach- renting them seems outlandish.

Great spot for family!
Hotel was fantastic! We have a five and two year boys and had a great time. Its a very kid friendly place. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly. There are great activities for young children in the area like the palm beach zoo and children's science center when you want to take a break from the beach and pool.
