"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old...

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"

"Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. "Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel."
