"Das Haus ist zwar etwas kleiner, dafür sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es erinnert an ein kleines Hexenhaus. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Lage direkt am Wasser sehr entspannend. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern hielten die zahlreichen Mücken draußen und im Garten sitzt man entspannt unter dem Pavillion. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert, schnell und respektvoll. Unsere Hunde durften mit, was ja nicht überall gerne gesehen ist."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind und Hund sehr genossen. Ich habe selten so eine wunderbare & saubere (!) Wohnung vorgefunden. Großes Lob!! Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig - Nachtruhe top; nach Regensburg ca. 20 Minuten.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter! "

"We had a wonderful retreat into the heart of Germany at Imhaus Gaden. . The cottage is even better than the pictures, the decor is lovely. The town is very small but worth the drive, and a small town or two with stores are close by. Its a perfect place for a family retreat since it sleeps many. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the Imhaus."

"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Thomas was so kind and welcoming and literally everything was thought of. The property was immaculate we just all loved it so much. "Very easy parking. We arrived a few minutes before 22:00 with our little daughter and the staff, even on shift end, welcomed her with a candy which was very nice. Rooms were very beautiful and clean. We would definitely use it again on all our trips. One thing we will pass, will be the breakfast (across the street but the 4 thin slices are not ever nearly enough for 2 persons."
