Maybe a hot tub is not the most important part of a hotel stay, but it was for me on this particular trip. The hot tub was running but it had a jet pushing ice cold water so the tub temperature was the same as the pool. Very disappointing and the staff were obviously not aware of this malfunction. Other than that the hotel was good. Breakfast was Ok.

We were on a family trip that turned into a wreck. We had issues with the room itself and ended up having to pack all of our belongings into bags. The management was helpful in the end but it changed our whole trips vibe.

We have stayed at this hotel before when we have needed to be at Sanford for early morning appointments. The stay at this hotel was great until the night front desk person accused me and my family of making noise in our room until 1a.m. We were in bed until 10:30p.m. Made us uneasy the rest of the stay. We stayed in this hotel due to the convenience of being connected to Sanford to be near my very ill husband. When we came back to our room at night, we were all exhausted. This is the same guy that could not give me his full attention when checking me in. Hotel is nice and well kept.
