Welcome to The Lily Pad! Leave your worries & cares behind & come relax your mind. This 4 bedroom 2 full bath home will be plenty of room for you & your family & friends. The 6 person jacuzzi hot tub & infrared sauna will be all you need to unwind. From the well-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, gas grill, outdoor patio & seating, every meal will be a win. High speed internet & a dedicated work space provided for catching up on work or leisure. You're guaranteed to have a great time at The Lily Pad!
The space
This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, walk out split foyer home is spacious, has great lighting & is accommodating for up to 10 people. With 8 steps upstairs & 8 steps downstairs upon entrance, the whole house is easily accessible.
Guest access
All 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets with lots of storage space. Spacious living room, & finished basement with 2 futons for sleeping. On-site laundry is located downstairs. I use 2 indoor closets & my garage for storage which is locked & not available for guests.

Cozy home for the holiday
This home had everything we needed for a snowed in Christmas. Location was in a quiet community with a nice park in front. Home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The living room has tons of room for seating so everyone could watch movies together. We enjoyed the hot tub once, but it was just a little too cold outside for us. (We are from the south east)

Family gathering
I had 4 couples, 3 teens and 3 dogs stay at this property for a birthday party. Other family joined us for a meal. This property provided a nice place for everyone to gather. The many amenities were thoughtful and generous. I would recommend this rental! The only things to improve was directions on the pet fees. I was charged $350 for my pets which is quite a bit more than I expected. Also there are security cameras that are in place that were not disclosed in the property description.
