We invite you to our beautiful, spacious, beachfront, privately gated boutique LOPEZ BEACH RESORT, located in the heart of Campomanes Bay, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

One of the hidden gems of Sipalay City, and is considered a diver's paradise that is filled with marine sea life, and rich colorful reefs and is known for its famous shipwrecks to explore. Featuring a Hawaii-influenced modern-lux resort with a picturesque "White Bridge & Cabana" to give our guests a relaxing, memorable, and enjoyable experience.

Lopez Beach Resort has an on-site dive swimming pool good for beginner lessons provided by Easy Diving! Divers may explore some of the TOP DIVE SPOTS in Campomanes Bay.

"Home Suite" is a few steps to the beach. Each Loft has an upper-floor bedroom and a balcony overlooking the oceans and mountains.

Pool Operation Hours:

• Tuesday to Sunday: 6:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Monday: Closed for maintenance.

Please be advised that a pool usage fee is applicable:

• Morning Use: 150 PHP
• Evening Use: 200 PHP

These fees are collected by the building administration, and the administration office is conveniently located by the pool area
House rules
• NO SMOKING. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
