"Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It has a self parking garage. It also has a full restaurant on site which is very convenient. The breakfast is fabulous. Dinner - we waited an hour to get our food on a non busy day. The only down side is that the swimming pool is not heated. "

"Lost wallet at dining room and bar area . Next morning found it at front desk the same way I lost . 350 dollars 440 reais and bunch of credit cards. I appreciate the help of all staff. It’s an excellent hotel 5 min away from airport by hotel shuttle for free. Food very good, safe, quiet. "

"The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

"We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets.
