"Wonderfully located a close distance to the main town of Placencia. This property was super unique and tucked back far enough you felt like you were super secluded. The accommodations were great and the staff attended to any issue that arose. Make sure to take the hummingbird highway down if you drive from the city. Also, don't forget to stop for tamales at Mrs. Betha's at mile-marker 26 on your way down. A couple of quick notes, you are in a tropical location, so we did have some little ants...

"We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. "First, the pictures do not do this place justice. It was immaculate and well designed. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and playing corn hole. It was relaxing and relaxing he perfect place for a family vacation. Erin was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. "Overall, things were great at this property. The only issue we had was that we had booked what we thought was a ground floor villa, based on photos and description, and we ended up on the second floor. This was a bit of an issue for my mother-in-law, who has some mobility issues, but overall we had a great stay. Herbert was very responsive and the staff was great."

"Everything about this house and its staff was perfect! We had a group of 10 for a 50th bday celebration. Mrs Shelly had an incredible dinner ready for us the evening we arrived that was so delicious. Mr Lesta was there to help get us settled as well.
