"We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. "The villa is roomy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are plenty of towels. A very nice touch is the selection of dvds and books. Herbert is a wonderful host and is quick to answer any questions. A big shout out to Oliver, he was such a helpful staff member."

"Wonderfully located a close distance to the main town of Placencia. This property was super unique and tucked back far enough you felt like you were super secluded. The accommodations were great and the staff attended to any issue that arose. Make sure to take the hummingbird highway down if you drive from the city. Also, don't forget to stop for tamales at Mrs. Betha's at mile-marker 26 on your way down. A couple of quick notes, you are in a tropical location, so we did have some little ants...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Cocoplum. All of the staff was extremely helpful and had some great recommendations for us! It was great to be able to walk down the beach to the Naia restaurants. We also really loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available to use. "We enjoyed our stay at Coco plum villas in Belize. The condo was close to the beach and even closer to the pool so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The inside had a great kitchen for cooking along with comfy beds for sleeping. Hebert went out of his way to give us lots of tips and advice for traveling in Belize."

"We loved the property at CoCo Plum. The staff was very kind and helpful! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The flat was large enough for 12 travelers all of which were 13 years of age or older except 1. We made great use of the paddle boards and kayaks as well as the beach, pier, and pool. The drive from Belize City is about 2 & 1/2 hours but not terrible just watch out for all of the speed bumps! The Public’s grocery store in the town just to the south of the property was the best...

"Overall, things were great at this property. The only issue we had was that we had booked what we thought was a ground floor villa, based on photos and description, and we ended up on the second floor. This was a bit of an issue for my mother-in-law, who has some mobility issues, but overall we had a great stay. Herbert was very responsive and the staff was great."

"First, the pictures do not do this place justice. It was immaculate and well designed. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and playing corn hole. It was relaxing and relaxing he perfect place for a family vacation. Erin was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. The groundskeepers also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come again. Thank you Herbert for sharing your space with us :()"

"We loved the design of the villas. It's a beautiful place to be in and the views of the lagoon and the Mayan mountains were wonderful to look at every day. The only complaints we have about the place is the placement of the refrigerator and sink and the garbage by the sink. The bathroom was a little dark too. Otherwise, a lovely stay."
