"We have stayed in many french gites over the years, but this farmhouse in the grounds of a beautiful chateau is exceptional. The location, close to Malestroit and Ploermel was excellent for shopping and visiting the markets and many larger towns were less than 30 minutes away. Helene was a great host, who was friendly, informative and helpful. Les escaliers sont dangereux pour les enfants et difficiles pour une personne âgée (marches inégales, glissantes). La maison est située sur un carefour très passager et est donc bruyante. "A small, but well equipped little cottage, ideal for a weeks holiday. The hamlet is picturesque, set in a great location with great views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed watching the horses that were in the field backing onto the property. The cottage itself was clean and well equipped, and had everything that we needed. "A lovely property with a large wooded garden. The photos online don’t really do it justice. It is much larger than the photos indicate. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks and explored Vannes, Josselin and many other places. It is a pet friendly house, but just a note that there are goats / sheep in the neighbouring grounds so might not be ideal for some dogs. "
